New clients may fill out the registration form, available below, to request access to our Coates Cabinet and Household Essentials Program.
Clients may access Coates Cabinet ONE TIME EACH MONTH. If you are a new client, or need more information about our services, please call 360-376-3184 or email email@example.com.
Clients already registered in the Coates Cabinet and Household Essentials Program can request up to five items for their Coates Cabinet monthly allocations. Please note that due to supply issues, some items may not be available at all times.
