New clients may fill out the registration form, available below, to request access to our Coates Cabinet and Household Essentials Program. 


Clients may access Coates Cabinet ONE TIME EACH MONTH. If you are a new client, or need more information about our services, please call 360-376-3184 or email holly@orcascrc.org.

Weekly food distribution is located at 176 Madrona St, next to the Orcas Island Community Church behind the blue shipping container.


Normal hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 12-6 PM.

Women Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program

The Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program is a nutrition program for pregnant women, new and breastfeeding moms, and children under 5.

  • Dad, grandparents, and other caregivers of children under the age of 5 may also sign kids up for WIC.
  • Foster children under the age of 5 and foster teens who are pregnant are eligible for WIC.
  • If you or your family member are on Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or basic food you may be eligible for WIC too.
  • Many working families and military families are eligible for WIC.
  • Getting WIC will not affect your immigration status.
